All of Dependable’s equipment is monitored remotely to view sales and product purchase data. Our equipment is routed based on the sales in the equipment. We have locations that we service twice a day and we have locations that we service once a month. Rest assured, we do not let our vending equipment go empty.
We offer three different types of vending services. Non-Commission vending, Commission vending, and subsidized vending. Non-commission vending provides your employees the cheapest prices possible on our equipment for your team, but there is no cost to your company. Commission vending provides a pre-negotiated monthly commission percentage back to the company based on the sales volume within the equipment. Lastly, subsidized vending is where the company subsidizes the cost of the product down to the employees. The vending company wants to provide that benefit to their employees and lower the cost of their purchases as a perk.
Dependable does not charge customers for installing vending machine equipment. All of our profits are derived from the sale of products within the machine. There are employee count minimums and certain sales volume requirements, but our clients do not pay for our equipment.
Yes, all of our vending machines are credit card reader capable and accept all major cashless payment options. They accept all major credit and debit cards, mobile and bank wallets, and NFC mobile wallets like Apple Pay, Android Pay, and Google Pay.

The short answer is, yes. We have many customers that subsidize the employee’s market cards. This can be done automatically on a monthly basis and you can also put daily spend restrictions on their account in order to make sure those funds get spread out over the month.
The size of your micro market is pretty much limitless depending on the needs of your location. The smallest micro market we offer is 106 inches, but it is recommended you have at least 170 inches in continuous width and 80 inches in height in order to get the full experience associated with a micro market.
The single most important benefit of a micro market is the increased variety of food and beverage options. The food options improve drastically because we no longer have to fit the item into a vending machine. We are able to offer a full array of healthy snacks & drinks, fresh food options that range from a full meal to a quick bite, and many other additional items you would only normally only see at a convenience store.
Dependable monitors all micro market vending theft so the customer does not have to manage this. Dependable completes weekly inventories of all micro markets and notifies the location if any variance is above the threshold.

Yes, when we install a retail market inside of your break room, we will have someone on site to train your staff during all major break times and shifts.
A micro market is an unattended retail store that is placed inside of a break room (Just imagine a 7/11 in your lunch room). A micro market is comprised of coolers & freezers, fixtures, and an unattended kiosk where consumers can pay for their product.
We do provide bottled water delivery service as well. There are a number of reasons for this. One of the reasons is simply that some locations do not have access to a water line in certain parts of their warehouse or workplace. We also understand that even if a water line is available, some still prefer and/or need bottled water. It’s just a bit more costly.

Pantry services in offices provide two options, full service or drop-off service. Full service provides full-line pantry service that includes inventory and re-stocking a mix of foods and drinks. Drop-off service eliminates the hassle of running to the store but it does not include re-stocking and inventory management.
