Q: What happens if an item does not scan?

We work really hard to make sure that all items are double checked before going out into the field and are sorry if we miss an item. Please call the Market Service Line and someone will be happy to assist you in getting that item uploaded into the system or email us at info@dependablevend.com. Please do not take the item, you must pay for all product before leaving the micro market.

Q: What happens if I do not see an item that I want?

You can email us at info@dependablevend.com in order to fulfill any service or product requests. We cannot guarantee that we have access to all products, but we will do our best to track down that item for you!

Q: What happens if I want to swap a product that was already purchased?

DO NOT SWAP ITEMS in the market. This will make it look like items have been taken from the market without being purchased. We suggest being extra careful before you purchase your item or call the Market Service Line to swap the item out.

Q: What happens if I forgot how to access my account?

Q: Why don’t I just order from a club store?

Ordering from a club store to meet your food and beverage needs for pantry delivery service can be difficult. Club stores are inconsistent on delivery schedules and often do not have much variety. They are regularly out of stock on items and an employee will have to spend a lot of time managing the budget, inventory, and continuous changes from club stores.

Q: Do you provide custom designed fixtures?

The simple answer is, yes. Depending on the size of your location, we can custom design fixtures to fit your company kitchen or lunch room area. Additionally, our fixtures can be customized aesthetically to meet the design needs of your facility.

Q: What is pantry service?

Delivery food pantry service is a way for companies to provide quality food options to their employees without having to run to club stores, manage inventory, and manage a budget. A pantry service company will manage inventory, rotate quality food options in and out of the break area, and make sure your company stays within budget.
